How the service reaches you
- After a successful payment we activate your subscription and send you, by e-mail or WhatsApp, a confirmation with the download link of the desktop program.
- You download and install the program on your own devices, and we help if you need it.
- The clients' app is available to download on phones.
Activation time
Activation and the download link are sent within 24 hours of a successful payment. If your subscription is not active within that time, contact us and we will activate it or refund you under the cancellation and refund policy.
