Last updated: 7 October 2026. Bawabetna is a digital subscription to specialized software, not a physical product that is shipped or returned. This policy explains how to cancel and when an amount is refunded.
Free trial
Every program has a free trial with no time limit before any payment, so you can make sure it fits your work. Nothing you enter during the trial is saved; your data is kept only after you subscribe.
Subscription and renewal
Subscriptions are monthly or yearly and paid in advance. A subscription continues only if you pay for the next period; we never charge you automatically. Prices are shown on the pricing page before payment, and in Egyptian pounds for visitors from Egypt.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by contacting us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp. The program works fully until the end of the paid period and then becomes read-only. Your records are kept on your own devices, stay with you and remain viewable after cancelling.
Refunds
Because the service is activated as soon as payment is made, amounts paid for a subscription period that has started are not refunded. The full amount is refunded in these cases:
- You were charged twice, or charged more than the subscription price, by mistake.
- The service could not be activated or provided for a reason on our side that we did not fix within 7 days of your report.
Refunds are made to the same payment method within 14 business days of approval; the time to appear in your account depends on your bank.
