Trips without conflicts

Recurring trips, such as dialysis three times a week, are kept as standing orders. Each trip books a vehicle and a crew member together, so neither is booked twice. A trip is completed only with the odometer reading, and the fare is calculated from the base, the distance and the waiting time.

Checks during transport

The crew records blood pressure, pulse, oxygen and the belts at pickup and on the way, and incidents with whether the family was informed.
