Moving company software: surveys, volume estimates and crews

A moving estimate that is too low loses money, and one that is too high loses the customer. The estimate must come from the actual volume.

The survey and the estimate

• A survey at home or a list the customer fills in, with each item, its room, quantity and volume.
• The total volume is added up by itself.
• The estimate is calculated from volume, distance, floors without a lift, packing, assembly and insurance, and printed for the customer.

The moving day

Each move is assigned a truck and a crew, with fragile items and those that need disassembly marked. Moves of the day and estimates waiting for the customer appear on the home page, and packing materials are issued from stock.

Storage and claims

Furniture placed in storage with a monthly rate, and damage claims followed by status with the item's condition at pickup.

Your data stays with you
