Income tax on companies
Income tax on joint-stock and limited liability companies is a flat 15% of taxable income, and 35% for those covered by Law No. 19 of 2010. Taxable income is derived from the profit or loss in the financial statements after the positive and negative adjustments listed in the corporate tax return.
