Delete my account
You can ask at any time to close your Bawabetna account and have your data deleted. This applies to the website, the Bawabetna client app and the Bawabetna subscriber app, which all use the same account.
What is deleted
Your account, your client file or subscriber details, your Client Code, the summaries and reports kept for you, your emergency card and your bookings.
What is kept, and for how long
Signed declarations, consents and access logs, identity confirmations for their retention period, and invoices for the period required by tax law, because they are evidence protecting your rights and those of others. They are not used for any other purpose. Privacy policy
Records that a practice keeps on its own devices belong to that practice and are not in your Bawabetna account; ask the practice directly about them.
