An expert's work is judged by a report filed on time, built on a sound inspection and on evidence whose every handover is known.
Assignments and deadlines
- Each assignment with its source: a court appointment, a private engagement, an insurer or a private investigation.
- The court, the case number, the next hearing and the date the report is due.
- An alert for the reports due within seven days.
Inspections and notices
Site inspections and parties' meetings in the expert's calendar, never two at the same time, with the minutes. Each party gets a notice with its method and date, and you see whether it was delivered.
Evidence and its custody log
Each item with its number, type, who it came from and where it is kept. Every intake, examination, move or handover is logged with its time and who did it, cannot be changed afterwards, and can be printed.
Reports and objections
The assistant prepares the draft; only the expert issues the report, which then gets its number and a verification code. Objections are recorded with their response date, and the hours on each assignment go onto the invoice.
Your data stays with you
Bawabetna's program runs on the office's own computers with the records encrypted with you, separate permissions for the expert and the assistants, and it works without internet. It connects to no official body; the case number and platform reference are kept as references only. The first month is free with all features.
