A generator is serviced by its running hours, not the calendar. A rented generator whose hours go unrecorded means a missed service and a breakdown at the customer's site.
The fleet and the contract
Every generator with its capacity and running hours, and rental contracts that refuse to rent the same unit to two customers for the same period.
Readings and service
- Hour-meter and fuel readings at every visit.
- Service due by running hours.
- An invoice for rent, fuel and services.
