Guardians pay in advance for hours. They expect every hour to be counted correctly and to see what their child learned.
Packages and hours
- A prepaid hour package per student and subject, with its price and expiry.
- Hours used and left are updated by themselves after every attended session.
- An alert before packages expire.
Sessions without conflicts
A one-to-one or group session books a tutor and a room without two sessions at the same time, with a capacity and the seats left. Attendance is recorded as present, late or absent, and an absence can be charged or not. Tutor hours taught are counted for pay.
Progress for guardians
After each session the tutor records the topic covered, the level of understanding, the homework and the score. Placement and periodic assessments are kept, and a progress report can be printed for the guardian.
Your data stays with you
