Water bottling plant software: water tests, batches and gallon delivery

Bottled water is sold on trust. Every batch must be traceable to its tests, and every returnable gallon must be counted.

Water quality

• Water tests at each sample point, from the source to the finished product, flagged automatically when a result is outside its limits.
• Treatment logs for filters, reverse osmosis, ozone and UV with their critical limits.

Production batches

A batch records the product, the quantity and the expiry date. It enters the stock only after the quality manager releases it, and the preforms, caps and labels used leave the stock by lot. A batch record can be printed, and a recall can be opened by batch number.

Gallons, empties and coupons

Each delivery records full gallons left, empties collected and coupons received, so the bottles each customer holds and the coupons left are always known, by route and driver.

Your data stays with you
