Individual police form for foreign guests

Anyone who rents tourist accommodation (hotels, holiday villages, tourist residences, furnished tourist rentals, gîtes, guest rooms, campsites) to a guest of foreign nationality, including EU nationals, must have the guest fill in and sign an individual police form on arrival: names, date and place of birth, nationality, usual address, mobile number and email, arrival date and planned departure date. The form is kept for six months and handed to the police or gendarmerie only when they request it.
